Reporting to Portfolio Reservations Manager, you are often the first point of contact for our guests who will:
- Use the hotel systems to process and input all reservation types in an accurate and efficient manner
- Maintain a positive selling approach to maximize yield in both occupancy and rates
- Respond to guest calls according to hotel policy and ensure an outstanding guest experience
- Ensure the arrivals list is checked daily to display the correct rate and market codes
- Ensure accurate data is recorded for all reservations
- Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests
