Manage late arrivals and early departures with polished, efficient checkāin and checkāout service
⢠Handle all guest inquiries by phone, email, and in person, ensuring warm, personalized service even during quiet hours
⢠Provide conciergeāstyle assistance such as directions, transportation coordination, and local recommendations
⢠Resolve guest concerns with calm professionalism, escalating only when necessary
Night Audit and Financial Accuracy
⢠Reconcile daily transactions from all outlets and departments
⢠Balance room revenue, payments, and folios with high attention to detail
⢠Prepare morning reports for leadership, accounting, and operations teams
⢠Verify rates, adjustments, and postings to ensure accuracy before the next business day begins
Lobby and Property Oversight
⢠Monitor lobby activity to maintain a safe, quiet, and welcoming environment
⢠Support security protocols, including key control, emergency procedures, and incident reporting
⢠Coordinate with overnight housekeeping and engineering for urgent guest needs or room issues
⢠Ensure front desk areas remain clean, organized, and guestāready for the morning shift
Administrative and System Responsibilities
⢠Manage reservations and room assignments with accuracy and awareness of VIPs, preferences, and special requests
⢠Update guest profiles to reflect preferences and service notes
⢠Run system backups or scheduled PMS tasks required during overnight hours
⢠Prepare materials for the next dayās arrivals, including key packets and amenity lists
