The Outlet Manager โ All Day Dining is responsible for the overall operation, performance, and guest experience of the outlet. This role leads the service team, ensures operational excellence, drives revenue, and upholds Fairmont and Accor brand standards at all times.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the All Day Dining outlet
- Ensure exceptional guest experience through personalized and proactive service
- Recruit, train, develop, and motivate the service team in line with Fairmont values
- Prepare duty rosters, manage attendance, and control labor costs
- Monitor quality, service standards, hygiene, and cleanliness across the outlet
- Drive revenue through upselling, promotions, and guest engagement
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and promptly
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and safety regulations
- Collaborate closely with Culinary, Stewarding, and other departments
- Manage inventory, cost control, and operational expenses
- Implement Accor initiatives, brand standards, and SOPs
