Sales Strategy & Account Management
Grow revenue across key segments (Corporate, Leisure, MICE, Groups, Entertainment).
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, travel partners and local market players.
Create and execute account plans to increase market share.
Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, client entertainment and networking activities.
Identify new opportunities and emerging demand trends.
Business Development
Actively research and pursue new business leads.
Represent Mama Shelter at trade shows, networking events and industry activities.
Develop creative proposals and solutions tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with the Revenue and Marketing teams to maximise conversion and visibility.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Operations, Events, F&B and Rooms teams to ensure flawless execution.
Provide accurate forecasts and market feedback to Revenue Management.
Contribute ideas for promotions, packages and brand partnerships.
Brand Representation
Embody Mama’s personality in every interaction — bold, warm, original.
Use storytelling to showcase Mama Shelter’s spaces, culture and experiences.
