Develop and manage business from travel agents, wholesalers, and corporate agents
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new agent partners
Achieve sales targets through room nights, revenue, and market penetration
Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client presentations
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Coordinate with Revenue, Reservations, and Operations to ensure smooth booking fulfillment
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and agent performance analysis
Represent the hotel at sales events, exhibitions, and networking activities
