This position is responsible for creation, implementation and facilitation of the Hotel Training Plan and budget that is aligned with the hotel鈥檚 goals and strategic plan. Ensures that all L&D activities are completely aligned with the culture, values and strategy of the hotel. He/she monitors and analyzes staff training needs and oversee and implement all departmental training programs.
