Job Description

Oversee reservations operations for both Raffles properties, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and strong system control.
Drive room revenue and ADR through effective pricing, inventory, and channel optimisation.
Monitor trends and forecasts to maximise performance.
Manage reservation processes with full rate and data integrity.
Lead and develop the team while collaborating with Revenue, Sales, Front Office, and Marketing to deliver seamless, brand-aligned guest experiences.
