Job Purpose
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving room revenue and total hotel revenue through Japan-based inbound travel agencies, tour operators, and DMCs, managing both Group and FIT segments. This role builds strategic partnerships, negotiates commercial agreements, executes sales action plans, and ensures strong account management to grow market share for Fairmont Tokyo in Japanβs inbound travel trade.
