Manage the food and beverage service function of the Club Lounge, ensuring efficient and professional service delivery in line with SOPs.
Uphold the highest standards of guest satisfaction and brand consistency.
Undertake cost-efficient staff scheduling and maintain appropriate service levels according to business demands.
Lead and develop a specialist team of front office & food and beverage colleagues through training, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including risk assessments and fire safety procedures.
