Support the implementation of distribution and e-commerce strategies to optimize online revenue and channel performance.
Manage day-to-day operations of all digital distribution channels, including ALL โ Accor Live Limitless, brand website (https://all.accor.com/), OTAs, GDS, CRS, PMS, RMS, wholesalers, and meta-search platforms.
Maintain rate parity, inventory accuracy, and content consistency across all online channels in accordance with brand and revenue guidelines.
Monitor channel performance, conversion rates, and production, and prepare regular reports with insights for the Revenue and Management teams.
Coordinate closely with Revenue Management, Sales, and Marketing teams to execute pricing updates, promotions, and digital campaigns.
Assist in tracking competitor activities, market trends, and online pricing movements to support commercial decision-making.
Skills & Experience
Minimum 2โ3 years of experience in Distribution, E-Commerce, Revenue, or Sales within a 4โ5 star hotel or resort.
Good understanding of hotel distribution systems, including CRS, PMS, RMS, GDS, channel managers, and OTA platforms.
Hands-on experience in managing online channels and supporting revenue optimization initiatives.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
Good written and spoken English, with clear communication skills.
Well-organized, proactive, guest-focused, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
