- Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational goals and market opportunities
- Lead, recruit, train, and coach a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, professional development, and accountability
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), sales targets, and SMART goals; track progress and implement corrective actions as needed
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify revenue opportunities, market trends, and demand patterns
- Prepare and manage the sales budget, forecasts, and financial reports; ensure efficient resource allocation and cost management
- Oversee all sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, account management, and customer retention initiatives
- Participate in strategic sales presentations, client meetings, and property/facility tours to strengthen customer relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments including marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and evaluate sales team performance; conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of competitive landscape, industry dynamics, and customer needs
- Represent the organization at industry events, community organizations, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility
- Manage and mentor direct reports, providing coaching, support, and career development opportunities
- Ensure adherence to company sales policies, standard operating procedures, and compliance requirements
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness
- Maintain consistent and strategic communication with regional and corporate leadership to align on commercial objectives
