Key Responsibilities
- Provide courteous and attentive service to guests in restaurants, bars, banquets, or pool areas.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them in a timely manner.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, promotions, and service procedures.
- Ensure tables and service areas are clean, well-set, and organized.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Promote upselling of food and beverage items when appropriate.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times.
- Assist with setup and breakdown for service periods and events.
- Process guest bills and ensure accuracy of checks and payments.
- Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Attend training sessions and team briefings as required.
