Key Responsibilities
- Replenish minibar items in guest rooms according to established par levels and standards.
- Ensure minibar consumption is accurately recorded and posted to guest accounts in a timely manner.
- Conduct daily checks of minibar fridges to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and proper temperature.
- Maintain accurate inventory control and report discrepancies or shortages.
- Check expiry dates and ensure proper rotation of minibar items (FIFO).
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Front Office to align room status and guest preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of minibar storage and work areas.
- Handle guest inquiries related to minibar charges professionally.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and security standards.
- Assist with stock takes and monthly inventory counts.
- Report maintenance issues related to minibar equipment promptly.
