What youâll doâŚ
- Support with running a fun and fast paced bar operation day and night.
- Be creative and share ideas to develop our menu â play a part in innovating our bar concept and staying on (and even ahead) of trends.
- Know your product and systems inside out.
- Make whatever the mood calls for, from soft drinks to masterful cocktails that change with the seasons.
- Work with the rest of the team in keeping things running smoothly.
- Lead your team by example, driving service standards that strive for the best for the guest; encouraging your team to grow and develop, the Hox way.
