- Oversee and maintain all engineering and maintenance systems to ensure optimal performance
- Conduct regular inspections of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, elevators, lighting, and fire safety systems
- Respond promptly and efficiently to guest and staff maintenance requests
- Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues
