Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the all-day dining outlet.
- Ensure service standards are consistently followed during breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Support the Outlet Manager in staff scheduling, briefing, and on-the-job training.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and handle complaints professionally and promptly.
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and outlet presentation at all times.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow.
- Assist in inventory control, stock requisitions, and cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hotel policies.
- Lead by example with professional appearance and guest-focused behavior.
- Prepare reports and assist with administrative duties as required.
- Support upselling initiatives and promotional activities.
