What You鈥檒l Be Doing
Taking full responsibility for the restaurant during your shift, allocating duties and ensuring seamless service delivery
Monitoring, coaching and supporting team members to maintain exceptional performance standards
Supporting with scheduling, sales initiatives, incentives and training within the outlet
Leading by example in handling guest enquiries and resolving complaints with professionalism and confidence
Anticipating guest needs and remaining present and visible throughout service
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
Assisting with stock control and inventory management
Upholding LQA and Fairmont brand standards at all times
Supporting the wider Food & Beverage team as required
