Organize and oversee the various outlets. Ensure quality of food, beverage, service and ambiance. Maintain proper staffing and timeliness of various outlets.
Job responsibilities include; although are not limited to:
- Operate within Forbes 5 star standards and hold team accountable to these standards on a daily basis.
- Display a congenial appearance and is well groomed at all times.
- Assisting the department manager in development, implementation and maintenance of outlet service standards.
- Training both group and in one on ones to stress service standards, safety, and product knowledge
- Coordinates all service staff for all meal periods in the outlets during the shift.
- Monitor set up and maintenance of department to ensure all side work is complete.
- Perform all other administrative functions required and communicate information to the department manager as needed.
- Work in safe manner at all times and follow all safety procedures as outlined in your Standards of Conduct and Loss Prevention Manual.
- Knowledge of the food and beverage menus offered in the outlets
- Must be able to correctly ID guests when ordering alcohol either at tables or at the bar.
- To be able to conduct Safety awareness topics.
- Assist in organization of back of house storage areas, office, liquor rooms and beer coolers.
