Develop and execute the hotel鈥檚 annual Learning & Development strategy and training calendar
Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with Department Heads
Deliver onboarding, brand induction, service culture, compliance, and leadership training programs
Facilitate soft skills, operational, and supervisory development workshops
Drive talent development initiatives including succession planning and career pathways
Support performance management processes and individual development plans
Ensure compliance with brand standards and Accor/Raffles learning frameworks
Monitor training effectiveness and prepare monthly L&D reports and metrics
Promote employee engagement activities and a learning culture across the hotel
Manage training budget and external training providers
