Kitchen Steward

This is an entry level position with an opportunity to be part of something bigger. As a Kitchen Hand in our Stewarding team, you will work as part of a team to keep the hotel kitchens and washing up areas clean and tidy.

What you'll be doing:

• Work with a team to clean kitchen utensils, cookware and dishes from our conferencing, events, restaurant and kitchen operations
• Operate industrial kitchen cleaning equipment
• Clean, sanitise and tidy work areas regularly
• Distribute equipment throughout the hotel using trolleys
• Sort, stack and tidy shelves and kitchen areas.
