You will be responsible for managing daily reservations, maintaining operational efficiency, and fostering a supportive work environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction and organizational excellence.
- Supervise and manage the daily activities of the reservation team, ensuring adherence to company policies and service standards
- Monitor reservation systems and processes to optimize efficiency and accuracy in booking management
- Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve reservation-related issues with professionalism and empathy
- Train, mentor, and provide performance feedback to reservation staff to support their professional development
- Analyze reservation data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all reservations and customer interactions
- Coordinate with other departments including front desk, housekeeping, and management to ensure seamless guest experiences
