What you will be doing:
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of food and beverage service. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring efficient, friendly, and professional food & beverage service is provided to all guests.
- Assisting with the setup and reset of Conference & Function activities.
- Leading, mentoring, and training the Food & Beverage team in accordance with Accor brand and service standards.
- Setting up systems to protect and maintain control of food service equipment, including regular stock takes.
- Implementing and maintaining high hygiene and cleaning standards for all food service areas.
- Ensuring team members are knowledgeable about menus, dietary information, allergens, beverages, and current promotions to maximize sales.
- Overseeing accurate guest billing and adherence to hotel procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with liquor licensing guidelines and responsible service of alcohol (RSA) principles.
- Greeting and welcoming guests, assisting with enquiries, and effectively taking and delivering orders.
- Maintaining a clean and neat presentation of bar and restaurant areas.
- Contributing to the recruitment, induction, and ongoing training of new team members.
- Ensuring team member presentation is consistent with hotel standards.
- Act as an Accor ambassador, enhancing the company鈥檚 image and promoting special offers and facilities.
- Demonstrating personal commitment to maintaining a safe workplace and adhering to WHS policies.
