As our next Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will:
Check in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service.
Conduct checks to ensure sufficient stock is available to serve customers, order items as needed, and generate inventory reports for management.
Ensure all outlets comply with sanitation, safety, and licensing regulations.
Manage staff schedules, allocate tasks efficiently, and oversee daily operations.
Conduct regular inspections of the premises to maintain high standards.
Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
Train, mentor, and guide new staff members on company policies and procedures.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
Implement and maintain quality control measures for food and beverage service.
Organise, supervise, and manage special events, banquets, and promotions, including coordination of meeting and events operations.
Collaborate with event and banquet teams to ensure seamless execution of meetings and functions.
Analyse sales data and customer feedback to improve service and increase profitability.
Work closely with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
Maintain accurate records of staff performance, inventory, and financial transactions.
