We鈥檙e now seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our talented culinary team and bring their flair to one of Sydney鈥檚 most exciting dining destinations.
What You鈥檒l be doing:
- Work alongside our Executive and Sous Chefs to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
- Lead by example, supervising the kitchen in their absence and guiding junior team members.
- Prepare and present dishes with precision, creativity, and consistency.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation across all sections.
- Support in menu development, mise en place, and maintaining stock control and cost efficiency.
