Leading, coaching, and developing Ambassadors, you will inspire your team to deliver consistent, world-class service, while managing VIP arrivals, credit matters, and the flawless upkeep of public areas and hotel facilities.
You will support hotel and departmental targets, promote loyalty programs, and maintain a strong knowledge of departments, events, conventions, and key personnel to enhance the guest experience.
Organised and hands-on, you will assist with rostering, manage duty keys and cash floats, perform audits, and lead induction and skills training programs, ensuring operational excellence at every level.
