The key objective of the positionwill be to support the execution of the Hotel鈥檚 Digital Marketing and E-commerce strategy including but not limited to content updates, Social media management, email marketing. Reporting directly to the Marketing & PR Manager and reporting dotted line to Regional E-commerce.
- Assist the Marketing & PR Manager in developing initiatives for the hotel key feeder markets to increase traffic on Direct channels
- Managing the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content
- Update and optimize the Hotel content on Direct, Indirect channels and online listings
- Review and monitor hotel鈥檚 competitor set on a regular basis and maintain competitiveness in terms of content quality and offer appeal
- Manage the active presence of the property on Social Media channels
- Monitor and optimize Traffic Acquisition levers at Hotel level including but not limited to SEO, Display, Paid Social, Metasearch
- Support the execution of the emailing calendar for Rooms, F&B and other outlets in line with the strategy and corporate guidelines
- Provide creative ideas and best practices for content marketing and social media
- Deliver monthly and quarterly reports on web performance
- Monitor and reply to online reviews
