Greet guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming and elegant dining atmosphere
Present menus, explain dishes and beverages, and provide knowledgeable recommendations
Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
Serve food and beverages efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and timing
Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and maintained throughout service
Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests and inquiries
Handle guest feedback and complaints courteously, escalating when necessary
Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
Upsell menu items, specials, and beverages to enhance the guest experience
Follow hotel service standards, SOPs, and hygiene regulations
Support special events, banquets, and private functions as required
Process payments when required, following cash handling procedures
