Your Role
As Reception Team Leader, you鈥檒l be the heartbeat of our Front Office operation. Leading by example, you鈥檒l support your team, ensure smooth daily operations, and create positive, memorable moments for our guests from arrival to departure. This is a hands鈥憃n leadership role in a fast鈥憄aced, guest鈥慺ocused environment.
What You鈥檒l Do
- Lead, coach, and inspire the reception team to deliver friendly, efficient, and consistent service
- Oversee front desk operations including check-in, check-out, reservations, billing, and guest enquiries
- Act as a key point of contact for guests, handling feedback and resolving issues with professionalism and care
- Manage rotas, shift coverage, end鈥憃f鈥慸ay procedures, banking, and room reconciliation
- Work closely with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest journey
- Support on-boarding and ongoing development of team members
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to performance, quality, and guest satisfaction targets
- Ensure compliance with Accor standards, hotel procedures, and health & safety requirements
- Step in to support Food & Beverage operations when needed during busy periods

- Take part in required training and report hazards, incidents, or injuries promptly
- Support fire, evacuation, food hygiene, and safe working practices
- Contribute to risk assessments, energy conservation, and correct use of equipment
