Job Description

Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to established recipes, standards, and menus
Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation meet five-star hotel standards
Follow instructions from the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in line with hygiene and safety regulations
Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and sanitation standards
Assist in mise en place and daily kitchen preparations
Properly store food items and monitor stock rotation (FIFO)
Minimize waste and follow cost-control procedures
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak periods
Support special events, banquets, and à la carte service as required
Report equipment issues, maintenance needs, or safety concerns promptly
