Purchasing specialist call center agent

We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our call center team located in Laval, Quebec. As a call center agent specialized in purchasing, you'll play an essential role in buying vehicles for our various branches and assisting in our day-to-day operations. What you’re responsible for: 

• Answering incoming calls related to the purchase of used vehicles
• Understanding the specific needs of our customers and offering personalized solutions
• Highlighting our unique business model and sustainability benefits
• Negotiating and concluding the purchase of cars, keeping in mind purchasing objectives and customer satisfaction
• Following up on pending customer requests related to sales and purchase
