- Lead end-to-end Housekeeping operations, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and presentation across guest rooms, public areas, heart of house and back of house environments
- Drive measurable improvements in guest satisfaction scores, online reputation metrics, and LQA audit outcomes
- Lead daily operations including room allocations, inspections, VIP preparation, turndown service, and public area management with a strong on-floor presence
- Develop, coach and retain a high-performing leadership team and workforce of both internal ambassadors and contractors
- Foster a culture of accountability, pride and recognition to support retention and long-term team engagement
- Optimise labour, budgets and productivity while protecting luxury standards
- Maintain asset care, linen management and inventory control at premium level
- Ensure WHS, hygiene and compliance standards are upheld without compromise
- Champion sustainability initiatives aligned with Accor commitments
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless, elevated guest journeys, and efficent room turnaround
- Drive continuous improvement through innovation, technology utilisation, and process optimisation without compromising luxury standards
