â¢Personally drive and support the sales, Marketing and Distribution. Encourages leadership team to develop effective revenue management strategies and set aggressive goals that will drive the property's financial performance.
â¢Think about the future anticipating future trends and opportunities; translate organizational strategy into appropriate local strategy.
â¢Ensure that service standards and procedures, as well as the delivery of the brandsâ guest service experience are at the highest possible level.
â¢Establish strong and successful relationships with all stakeholders, including owning company, local authorities and surrounding community.
