Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the breakfast team to deliver impeccable, anticipatory service aligned with Sofitel luxury standards.
- Curate a refined and elegant breakfast atmosphere, ensuring every detail β from mise en place to guest farewell β reflects excellence.
- Conduct engaging daily briefings, fostering team motivation, product knowledge, and service precision.
- Personally welcome VIPs, regular guests, and loyalty members, creating bespoke and memorable experiences.
- Oversee guest flow, reservations, and seating plans to ensure seamless service with effortless sophistication.
- Address guest feedback with grace and professionalism, transforming challenges into moments of elevated service recovery.
- Collaborate closely with the culinary brigade to ensure flawless timing, presentation, and quality of offerings.
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Support recruitment, training, and continuous development of ambassadors, nurturing talent in line with Sofitel values.
- Manage scheduling, payroll controls, and departmental costs to achieve financial objectives without compromising luxury.
