What you will be doing:
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service aligned with luxury and MICHELIN Guideārecommended standards
- Support the Lounge Manager in overseeing daily operations of The Lobby Lounge & RawBar, including service flow, staffing, and guest experience
- Lead the floor during service, ensuring Forbes-level standards, consistency, and attention to detail
- Actively engage with guests, handling feedback, resolving concerns, and creating personalized experiences
- Coach, mentor, and support the Lounge team, fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture
- Assist with scheduling, labor management, and cost controls to support business goals
- Ensure all colleagues are knowledgeable in menus, cocktails, wine, and service standards
- Uphold health, safety, liquor licensing, and company policies at all times
- Support training initiatives, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members
- Assist with inventory management, ordering, and maintaining operational standards
- Contribute ideas to enhance guest experience, service innovation, and lounge programming
- Other duties assigned
