Team Leadership & Development
- Assist in leading and mentoring the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Provide training and guidance on sales techniques, brand standards, and market trends.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and passion for hospitality.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee sales reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Manage contracts, negotiations, and proposals with precision and professionalism.
- Ensure alignment of sales activities with Morgans Originals’ luxury lifestyle ethos.
Quality & Compliance
- Uphold ethical business practices and compliance with international hospitality standards.
- Ensure consistency across Morgans Originals properties while adapting to Roswyn’s unique identity.
- Promote sustainability and innovation in sales and client engagement practices.
