Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Engage with clients and partners to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Represent Roswyn at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty through proactive communication and service excellence.
Operational Excellence
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations with precision and professionalism.
- Monitor sales performance, reporting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure alignment of sales activities with Morgans Originals’ luxury lifestyle ethos.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the Associate Director of Sales and Director of Sales to achieve departmental objectives.
- Support colleagues in cross-functional initiatives to maximize hotel revenue.
- Participate in training programs to enhance sales techniques and brand knowledge.
Quality & Compliance
- Uphold ethical business practices and compliance with international hospitality standards.
- Maintain consistency across Morgans Originals properties while adapting to Roswyn’s unique identity.
- Promote sustainability and innovation in sales and client engagement practices.
