What you will be doing/ Key Responsibilities
- Provide efficient, friendly and professional food & beverage service, ensuring all guest needs are met and VIP guests are recognised.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation across all F&B areas, including accurate stock, equipment care, and outlet cleanliness.
- Ensure accurate order-taking, billing and compliance with RSA and liquor licensing requirements.
- Drive revenue through strong product knowledge, suggestive selling and awareness of promotions.
- Supervise, coach and support the F&B team to deliver service excellence, ensuring proper onboarding, ongoing training and consistent presentation.
- Assist with roster planning to maintain cost-effective staffing levels and oversee F&B setups including conference & function requirements.
- Communicate effectively in daily briefings and ensure team compliance with Accor policies, brand standards and mandatory training.
