Pullman at Sydney Olympic Park is searching for a warm, energetic and guest‑focused Porter to join our Front Office team. As a Porter, you will be the first welcoming face our guests encounter. Your genuine hospitality, professionalism and attention to detail will help create memorable experiences from the moment they arrive.

What you’ll be doing:

• Warmly greet guests on arrival and departure
• Assist with luggage collection, delivery and group movements
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide an overview of hotel facilities
• Share local knowledge and recommendations for dining, attractions and transport
• Assist with parking and retrieving guest vehicles
• Maintain a clean, welcoming and safe lobby environment
• Support the Concierge and Front Office teams during busy periods
• Handle guest requests, queries and concerns with confidence and care
• Uphold Accor’s Heartist values and promote our services and offerings
