The F&B Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to guests in a courteous, timely, and professional manner. This role supports the efficient operation of Restaurants, ensuring guest satisfaction and compliance with hygiene and Pullman service standards.
Guest Service:
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating where necessary.
- Present menus, explain specials, and make recommendations when appropriate.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with established service standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
- Handle billing and payment transactions efficiently and accurately.
Operational Duties:
- Set up, clean, and maintain dining areas, including tables, chairs, linens, and utensils.
- Refill condiments, restock supplies, and ensure stations are well-prepared for service.
- Assist in opening and closing duties as per the checklist or instructions.
- Follow sequence of service, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
Team Support:
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow attendants.
- Communicate special guest requests, allergies, or dietary needs to relevant teams.
