What are you going to do?
As a Reservations Supervisor, you will lead a team of approximately five full-time and part-time colleagues in the reservations department, working in alternating shifts. You report directly to the Reservations Manager and oversee both individual and group reservations for business and private guests, including the processing of banqueting reservations.
Group reservations are your primary focus鈥攜ou understand the intricacies and ensure seamless communication with the Front Office, F&B, and Admin teams.
Beyond daily operations, you play a key role in enhancing the service quality of the department. You ensure that every guest interaction鈥攚hether by phone or email鈥攊s handled professionally, efficiently, and with a warm, welcoming approach. By training and guiding your team in excellent communication and service standards, you help create the best possible first impression of the hotel.
In addition to operational responsibilities, you will assist the Reservations Manager with administrative and managerial tasks such as scheduling, ensuring adequate staffing, recruiting and selecting new team members, and organizing training sessions. Additionally, you will take on duty manager responsibilities as needed.
