Job Description

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue.
Manage and update hotel website content (including SEO optimization).
Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LINE, TikTok, etc.).
Write and edit marketing content in both English and Thai (must be able to read and write Thai fluently).
Manage online advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) and monitor performance.
Track, analyze, and report on digital campaign performance and website analytics.
Coordinate with internal departments (F&B, Rooms, Wellness, Sales) for promotions and campaigns.
Work closely with graphic designers and agencies to ensure brand consistency.
Manage online listings and OTA content accuracy.
Monitor online reviews and support reputation management efforts.
Provide flexible support to the Marketing Department on additional tasks, campaigns, events, and projects as assigned.
