We are seeking a dedicated part time Maintenance Officer to join our team at Novotel Perth Murray Street working 2 or 3 days per week. This role is integral to ensuring the ongoing upkeep and smooth operation of the hotel鈥檚 facilities, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks and general repair work. Including painting, decorating and waste removal.
- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff to ensure minimal disruption.
- Assist in maintaining hotel equipment, fixtures, and fittings in accordance with safety and operational standards.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any major concerns to management.
- Comply with workplace health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
