Greet guests, take orders, and ensure seamless dining experiences
Prepare and serve coffees and beverages
Maintain buffet stations, conference setups, and service areas
Keep the restaurant and conference areas clean, tidy, and well-presented
Work independently and collaboratively to support smooth daily operations
Handle customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner and with a high standard of customer service
Maintain and follow health, safety and security procedures at all times
