How does your working day look like âŚ
- At the reception of the Restaurant, youâll make sure that guests arenât just contented, but enthusiastic
- Youâll receive and welcome the restaurant guests with a always keep your cool â even when all the guests turn up to check in at the same time
- You will escort the restaurant guests to their assigned table, already offering them a first drink
- You will ensure that the waiting staff takes care of the seated guest
- You will provide any necessary information about the products for sale in the department
- You will be responsible for confirming and managing reservations and handling information requests by phone, email, or in person.
- You will manage and monitor the reservation software system.

- You will be responsible for welcoming and seating walk-in customers.
