Coordinate all aspects of confirmed meetings and events with operational teams, ensuring expectations are clear, documented and delivered.
Prepare and distribute weekly function sheets and confidently present them in the weekly operations meeting.
Conduct on-property show rounds and client planning meetings.
Proactively build long-term client relationships, identifying opportunities for repeat business and tracking year-on-year trends.
Oversee key administrative elements including deposits, billing, and actualising events accurately in the system.
