How does your working day look like âŚ
- At the reception, youâll make sure that guests arenât just contented, but enthusiastic
- Youâll always keep your cool â even when all the guests turn up to check in at the same time
- Youâll get everything ready for the shift, and round it off with the Front Office fully cleaned up
- You are the reference for the other colleagues during the shift: you inspire, motivate and give tips to the team in order to give the best service to guests keeping a positive environment among colleagues
- You make sure that the checklist is correctly fulfilled and assign tasks to the team
- You constantly collaborate with the Front Office Manager to report episodes, inform about the possible issues and improve the guest experience
