Working closely with the Sales team you will have the opportunity to work across both meeting and events as well as venue events.
What will you be doing:
- Assisting with compilation of event order through to assist on site management of the event.
- Work closely with other relevant departments to ensure that preparations for conferences have been made and runs smoothly.
- Co-ordination and hosting of familiarisation and site inspection activity including follow-up.
- Attend and assist with weekly Banquets Event Order meetings.
- Assist in the maintenance of conference database of key contacts / clients.
