Responsible for the development and implementation of HACCP system and ensure that food production process is safe for consumption.
Responsible for training and guiding every department in the HACCP process and ensure that the HACCP food safety is in place and effective
Supervises HACCP weekly assessment per areas and monthly reporting of internal audits. Monitor action plan and corrective actions.
Ensure that Food Safety Management System is effectively being implemented in overall F&B Department in compliance to the corporate food safety module and HACCP.
Monitor and oversight of Quality performances of your respective departments and teams following set annual objectives
Perform other reasonable duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management.
