Assist in the execution of the resort鈥檚 sales strategy to achieve revenue goals and market share.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key sales partners including travel agents, tour operators, DMCs, and luxury travel planners.
Identify and develop partnership through proactive research, networking, and prospecting activities.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to provide insights and assist the Sales Manager/Director in implementing marketing initiatives and campaigns accordingly.
Conduct proactive sales calls, site inspections, and presentations to existing and potential clients.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring timely follow-ups.
Submit regular and special sales reports, market analysis as requested by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
Manage a healthy sales pipeline and consistently work toward meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Act as the primary point of contact for sales clients, ensuring excellent service and communication.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Represent the resort at travel trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
Represent the resort in a professional manner to promote its image and reputation.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the system.
Translate marketing materials, contracts, and communication as needed into Russian.
