Sales & Business Development
- Identify, develop, and grow new business opportunities within Chinese-speaking markets.
- Proactively solicit corporate, MICE, travel agents, wholesalers, luxury operators, and government accounts.
- Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets, room nights, and market share goals.
- Conduct sales calls, client presentations, site inspections, and business trips locally and overseas.
Account Management
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and agreements in line with hotel revenue strategy.
- Prepare account plans and business reviews for major clients.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business through consistent follow-up and service excellence.
Revenue & Strategy
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within Chinese-speaking segments.
- Work closely with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and inventory strategies.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and monthly performance reports.
- Contribute to annual budget preparation and sales action plans.
Collaboration
- Coordinate closely with Reservations, Front Office, Events, and F&B teams to ensure seamless guest experience.
- Support group movements, VIP arrivals, and special requests for assigned accounts.
- Work collaboratively with regional and brand sales teams within the Accor/Raffles network.
Administration
- Maintain accurate records of accounts, activities, and pipelines in the CRM system.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and brand standards.
